Custom Cookie FAQ

 

  • The cookies are made with butter, flour, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. The printed icing sheet is completely edible.

    Cookie: butter, flour, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.

    Sugar Crystals: sugar, artificial color, corn syrup, gum arabic, carnauba wax, hydroxylated soy lecithin.

    Icing Sheet: starch, maltodextrin, glycerin, sugar, stabilizer, dextrose, emulsifiers, citrus acid, flavors, preservatives.

  • The cookies are nut-free and egg-free.*

  • We do! Gluten Free cookies* start at $4 each and can be added on to any order using the option for Vegan/GF cookies. They are sold individually.

    Ingredients: Earth Balance butter, Namaste Flour (sweet brown rice flour, tapioca starch, rice flour, arrowroot powder, sorghum flour and xanthan gum), vegetable oil, oat milk, vanilla, salt.

    Icing: Powdered Sugar, oat milk, Vanilla

    Does NOT contain: gluten, honey, dairy, eggs, sesame, and nuts.

  • We do! Vegan cookies* start at $4 each and can be added on to any order using the option for Vegan/GF cookies. They are sold individually.

    2. Within a week you will receive a digital proof of your cookie design

    3. Your order will be placed in our baking calendar according to your location and event date to ensure an on-time delivery and freshness!

  • We ship the cookies so they arrive 3-7 days before your event. Please make sure to let us know if there is a particular date you must have the cookies by.

  • Yes! We always bake the cookies the day before we ship the cookies out, and shortbread is a naturally long-lasting cookie. The cookies are fresh for two weeks after arrival, and up to six months if frozen.

  • The cookies measure 3 inches across, Rectangles are 2 1/2 x 3 1/2.

  • In our experience, it is most beautiful for the sugar border and ribbon color to be different for a nice visual contrast.

  • All of our cookies are sold by the dozen—except for our Vegan/GF cookies which can be added on to any order by the individual cookie.

  • When you choose the no ribbon option, the cookies are placed in their cello bags and the top is folded over and packed in the bakery box.  It is intended that they are tied upon arrival.  We do offer complimentary cut ribbons (color of your choice) to include with the cookies if you're up for tying yourselves.
